Now that you're all going to be volunteer ready, here's our first Duty Free Lunch of the school year!

Duty Free Lunch gives our teachers the chance to have a little break while they have their lunch. You'll help by supervising a few of the tables during lunch - practice your milk opening skills! If you have a younger child not in school, they are welcome to come help you đŸ˜„

Hey CGE Family, if you want to be able to volunteer in the school, you need to be a Tier II volunteer. This level requires a background check and a short training session.

There are training sessions coming up soon, be sure to visit this website and get the volunteer interest form before attending.

The PTA needs your help on Field Day! We will be hosting a snowcone station this year!

When signing up, please note the times correspond with when the grades have their field day. Each class will come through our station and we'll need all hands on deck!

If you have a non-school aged child but still want to help, pop them in a stroller or a wagon and bring them along!

May 23rd is CGE Spirit Night at the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers. By purchasing tickets through the link below, a portion of the sales will go to the school PTA. These funds help with field trips, teacher classroom grants, and staff appreciation week.

Help the PTA and show your appreciation for the teachers by helping supervise the cafeteria for an hour or two during lunch on May 6.

Have a little one? Pop them in the stroller and they'll be the most popular kid in the cafeteria while you help!
