Future-Ready Friday is BACK! 🙌

The first week is in the books, and it didn’t take long for our students to get back into the labs, reconnect with friends, and start building the skills that will shape what comes next.

These are just a few snapshots from around campus this week, but they’re the beginning of a whole new year of learning, creating, growing, and preparing for the future.

New year. New experiences. New opportunities. And plenty of future-ready moments ahead.

Congratulations, Ashley!

🎓 We are thrilled to celebrate Ashley, the very first recipient of the Ge**er Family Pathways Scholarship! ❤️

Ashley is a 2026 graduate of Pickaway-Ross CTC's Cosmetology program and currently works at Roxy’s Signature Salon / Hair & Nails By Ash. This fall, she will continue her education at Ohio University Chillicothe as a first-generation college student, where she plans to study Social Work.

Ashley has been part of the PCMP mentoring program since November 2024 and has dedicated nearly 180 hours to her mentorship journey. Along the way, she has become so much more than a participant, she has become a leader, advocate, and welcoming presence for other teens in our program. She consistently encourages new teens, makes sure others feel included, and helps create the sense of community that makes PCMP so special.

Ashley's scholarship provided her a new MacBook for college—an investment that will support her throughout her college journey and help give her the tools she needs to succeed. 💻🎓

We couldn't be more proud to support Ashley as she takes this next step. Her commitment to helping others, determination, and heart for her community make her an incredible first recipient of this scholarship. We can't wait to see where this next chapter takes her!

Senior year has officially entered the chat. 🎓✨

We loved seeing some of our seniors kick off their final first day by decorating their pants and joining in their home schools’ traditions!
