Carver’s Daily Meal Program provides a free community meal Monday through Friday, from 11:30 AM–1:30 PM. If you are hungry, need a hot meal, or simply want to stop in and share a meal with neighbors, you are welcome here.

There is no cost and no need to explain why you need a meal—just come as you are.

Carver’s Daily Meal is listed as a free, year-round hot-meal program, with meals available Monday through Friday from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at 165 W. 4th St.

NOW ENROLLING at Carver Community Center!

For more than 85 years, Carver Community Center has been part of the Chillicothe community serving children, families, and neighbors since 1945. We are proud to continue that legacy by providing a safe, caring, and engaging childcare environment where children can learn, play, and grow.

Bronze Rated - SUTQ

We accept:

✅ Publicly Funded Child Care through JFS
✅ Child Care Voucher Program through JFS
✅ Private pay / self-pay families
✅ Sibling discounts available

Whether you need dependable childcare while you work, attend school, or pursue training, we would love to talk with you about openings and enrollment options. County JFS offices determine family eligibility for publicly funded childcare assistance in Ohio.

Meals & Transportation:
For our younger children, we provide breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack each day.

For school-age children, we provide transportation from school to Carver Community Center and an afternoon snack.
