🎲 Game Day Fun & Musical Adventures! 🎶
Today was Game Day at First Capital, and boy, did we have fun! We enjoyed games, laughter, and even got to try our talents on a tricycle bike. 🚲💙
Our Evening Services crew continued the fun by exploring their musical interests at a new local spot. 🎵✨ We love giving the individuals we serve opportunities to try new things, discover new interests, and simply enjoy the day!
Another day full of fun, exploration, and making memories! ❤️

Exploring, Smiles & Sweet Moments! 🌟
Today was all about getting out, exploring, and having fun! 🎉 We made a stop at one of our favorite pinball spots, Antique Emporium, enjoyed lunch at the park, and stopped in to visit our friends at First Capital. Then we headed back and quenched our thirst with a refreshing cup of peach tea! 🍑🧋
Evening Services had their own adventure! They headed to Portsmouth to explore the beautiful mural wall, enjoyed dinner together, and finished the evening with a fun little mini photo shoot! 📸❤️

🌟 Evening Services: Exploring, Learning & Creating! 🌟
Evening Services was off exploring tonight! 🚌📚 We started with our Know It All activity, where we learned all about masking feelings and what those emotions can look like.
Then we headed out to explore our local Chillicothe Library before enjoying dinner at the park. 🌳🍽️
Once we got back, we jumped right into our cooking class and wrapped up our evening with something delicious before heading home! 👩‍🍳❤️

Advocacy, Recognition & Fun! 🎳❤️
We hosted our August SOAG meeting right here at Day Program, and boy, was it a full house! There’s nothing better than creating opportunities for our individuals to learn how to speak up, advocate for themselves, and have their voices heard. 💙
A huge thank-you to Kelli for reaching out to us and allowing us to host these important meetings. We were also incredibly proud to see some of our very own individuals recognized and presented with their ribbons for their Ross County Fair entries! 🏆🎀 What an amazing accomplishment!
And while one group was putting advocacy into action, another group was busy throwing some strikes at Shawnee Bowling Alley! 🎳

💙 Back at Day Program and Making Memories! 💙
After a weekend away, our individuals came back ready to get out, explore, learn, and have some fun! 📚✨ We enjoyed exploring the Chillicothe Mobile Library, discovering new books and enjoying everything the library had to offer.
Our evening services had a great time at the Waverly YMCA, staying active, enjoying time with friends, and making the most of our evening. 🏊‍♀️🏀 And of course, we couldn’t forget our cooking class, where our individuals got to roll up their sleeves, work together, and create something delicious! 👩‍🍳❤️
Every day brings new opportunities to learn, grow, connect, and simply enjoy life. We are so proud of the smiles, independence, and joy our individuals bring to each adventure🌟💙 Chillicothe and Ross County Public Library

Making Others a Little Happier 💙
Our Mobile Free Store was on the move today and landed at Westmoreland to spend some time with our friends! Nothing melts our hearts more than being able to give back, help those in need, and brighten someone’s day. 🥰
Back at Day Program, our individuals were busy making themselves happy too! From cooking, music and creative arts to heading out to enjoy a movie, it was a day filled with smiles, friendships, creativity, and meaningful moments. 💙

💙 Back at Day Program & Living Our Best Days! 💙

After an amazing Camp All the Things week, we’re back at the Day Program and settling right back into our routine—and these past two days have been full of fun, friendship, and new adventures! 🌟

We headed out shopping for our cooking classes, then put our skills to work making tacos in a bag and enjoying some fresh watermelon! 🌮🍉 We also enjoyed a few rounds of Bingo with our friends at Westmoreland, ran our Free Store, and shared some laughs and good food while eating out with friends and planning our next BIG event! 🎉
We also enjoyed relaxing at our local Chillicothe Library, because there’s always something new to discover! 📚❤️
Weatherman Wick also monitored the storms that were moving in yesterday and today to keep us all safe. ⚡💦⛈️

Camp may be over, but the memories, friendships, laughter, and opportunities continue every day. We’re back, we’re busy, and we’re ready to keep Living Our Best Days! ✨💙
