Ross County 4-H - OSU Extension Ross County 4-H Youth Development Program for kids 8 AND in 3rd grade - age 18. Cloverbud program for ages 5-8.

Enrollment deadline is March 1.4-H is a community of young people nationwide who learn about leadership, citizenship and life skills.
