This core workout illustrates the “rotisserie chicken technique” ( that’s your reminder that you can’t just keep cooking one side of your body while giving no love/heat to the other )meaning you’ve got to train the front, side and back of your body. You’ll be working in multiple planes of motion! You WON’T be staying on your backs on the mat.😉

DB= dumbbell 🙌🏻

If you’d like to elongate the workout, perform 10 reps on each where applicable! For a more of micro workout, alternate each side .👊🏻

The S-Z crew( and sometimes R) were my caseload and these students hold a special place in my heart! Did we get each other through some challenging times, or what? We got through 9/11, MCAS, loss of classmates ,AP Exams to passing the course, self-acceptance, coming out, personal victories and finally to graduation !There’s a special love for these students - always!

Educating and elevating has always been my calling, whether it’s in an office or a fitness studio.

I love to see the reaction when someone gets the Golden Buzzer on AGT! The person who hits it creates such a powerful moment and an unforgettable transition to all the magical experiences about to come.⭐️

The receiver of the Golden Buzzer is overwhelmed with joy, validation and self worth. Someone actually SEES them, believes in them and validates their special gifts!

Part of my lane has always been helping you find yours. So many have to recreate themselves right now and need some direction. Sometimes you just need someone to believe in you.

So here's a little something I've been to...

If you teach barre, you know that sometimes the center of the floor is wide open. Sometimes our equipment takes up space AT the barre.

What if you could use the same bar as the barre AND as your resistance tool as well, while utilizing more space in the room? ( and we really need to mindful space, minimizing the amount of equipment we used how much we have to clean right now)

THEN we add the BOSU Balance Trainer into the mix! Booty and CORE work like FIRE! I'll teach you how the BOSU Balance Trainer is a game changer here, forcing core muscles to heat and ignite differently, but then also adds little help when needed.

This week’s ladder features dumbbells! ( Is anyone else just CRAVING a serious session of lifting?!)👊🏻💪🏻

This will translate to a TON of reps and will be high volume with the dumbbell work so if you only have light weights, you’ll be secretly grateful! Drop the weights and perform the exercises without them when/if needed!
