St. Joan of Arc School

St. Joan of Arc Parish School is hiring a caring, compassionate and dedicated part time school nurse to join our school community. This nurse will provide health care and support to students Preschool to 8th grade, manage student health needs, administer medications as needed, and work closely with families and staff to ensure the health and well-being of our students.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working with children to be a part of a warm, faith filled school community. Our school is located in the heart of Aldenville on Grattan St. in Chicopee right off of Rtes. 391 and 91. Parking is available on site.

Although it's quiet today final preparations for a wonderful new school year are in the throes! Our faculty are busy setting up their classrooms, the floors are shining, and the Blessed Mother & baby Jesus are waiting...all because our students are coming back and we are so excited to welcome them!

A bittersweet and gracious thank you to Fr. Duy Le and Blessed Sacrament Parish community for the generous donations of school furniture and electronics to St. Joan of Arc School.

This week, thanks to several volunteers and many truck loads these donations were directly transported to our front school entrance. The furnishings and electronics from the former Blessed Sacrament School in Holyoke will enhance our school classrooms and directly benefit our students' academic experiences.

As a result of this generosity from our neighboring Catholic parish, St. Joan of Arc School under the guidance of our Principal, Mrs. Mahan and Pastor, Fr. Gentile is busy making great use of these high end materials and look forward for our school parents, and visitors to see first hand the educational desks and classroom furniture and the state of the arts electronics that have been graciously donated.

Thank you Blessed Sacrament Parish community for your generosity, and kindnesses given to our school children that will continue to make an impact educationally for many years to come!
