On June 28, Keara (Moulton) King ’21 celebrated a beautiful day at the Elms College Chapel as her two daughters, Nellie Ellie and Audrey Ann King, were baptized.

We’re so happy the Elms Chapel could be part of such a special moment for the King family! ⛪✨

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Annual Cape Cod Alumni Luncheon! Even with the rainy weather, the afternoon was filled with laughter, meaningful conversations, and the joy of reconnecting with fellow Blazers.

A special thank you to President Harry Dumay for joining us and to our incredible alumni whose continued support and enthusiasm make gatherings like this so special. We loved catching up with familiar faces and welcoming new ones into the tradition.

Congratulations to Cidalia Vital, PhD, RN, CNL, CRRN, on receiving the Sr. Margaret James McGrath Distinguished Alumni Award!

As Program Director of Nursing Research and Holistic Nursing at Baystate Health, Dr. Vital's research continues to advance healthcare quality and patient safety. Her current study examining interruptions to nursing care in inpatient hospital settings reflects her ongoing commitment to improving outcomes for both patients and healthcare teams.

The Distinguished Alumni Award recognizes Elms College Alumni with who exemplify the institution's core values while demonstrating outstanding achievement professionally, intellectually, personally, and through service. This recognition is a testament to Dr. Vital's leadership and dedication to nursing excellence!
