Our goals are to support the educational program, promote health and safety, correct obsolescence and promote school and community pride.
In addition to planning and overseeing new construction, modernization, relocatable classrooms, deferred maintenance, and miscellaneous District projects, the Facilities Planning department is responsible for demographic analyses, residential project tracking, developer fees policies, enrollment projections, long range master facility plans, site capacity studies, and annual student housing plans.

Fair View High School is the home to 2 New Shade Structures, which include 3 Pickleball Courts. The students and staff are greatly enjoying the use of this addition on their campus.
There are 10 School sites district-wide that have also received new shade structure(s) for student and staff use within the last 6 months.

McManus Elementary School had an exciting morning as the foundation was poured for the new six classroom building. Modern’s Crew started early and worked hard to complete the pour successfully. Many thanks to our students, staff, neighbors, and construction crews!!

Today is the start of the McManus School New Construction and Modernization Project. The site is scheduled to be completed Fall of 2025. We are excited to share milestones throughout the construction of this project.

Spoiler Alert! Neal Dow Students will be coming back to a brand New Library! This New Library will be equipped with new learning tools and furniture, but will have the same books and Dragon spirit as our Old Library. Our Little Dragons are going to love this space!

We are wrapping up Emma Wilson School's New Kindergarten Building. It is such a fun addition to the school. Three new classrooms, a new playground area, collaboration and work spaces, restrooms, lots of storage and a new garden area. We can't wait to have our students and staff enjoy this space.
