When it comes to coaching, creativity is one of my greatest strengths.

I love to think outside the box with clients. Together we generate productive, and sometimes fun, ways of doing things!

I am in a Facebook group that is meant for us to gather and mastermind. What has started to happen is members are putting each other down for their comments. And the topics are no longer about building our business.

I know this happens everywhere and unfortunately is part of the social media world. However, we are trying to find solutions together. I am finding that most of the folks on there don’t actually want others to be successful. They want the herd to be thinner to make things easier.

When the fighting amongst becomes more about ego, we lose the fellowship and lifting each other up. I find myself wanting to ask people why they are acting this way but have just decided to be better.

I am challenging each of you to also be better. Most of the interactions in the group are uplifting and kind. The ones that aren’t really suck.

So let’s be better together. All of us need to lift each other, daily! It isn’t a one time thing. Get a group of like minded humans that love and value each other. Build from there!
