What is ROP?
Many young people in our community struggle to identify their next steps after high school. While options like community college, university, or entering the workforce are well known, many students are unaware that there is another pathway available to them: Regional Occupational Programs (ROP).

Butte County ROP offers a wide range of adult Career Technical Education (CTE) programs and services designed to prepare students for high-demand careers. Our programs serve those 18 and older who are seeking short-term (under a year), hands-on career training that leads to industry placement.

Learn about this and our other short-term career training programs at CTE.bcoe.org.
