This is a great time of the year to get your child outside - they develop a love and appreciation for the seasons, from not just witnessing the change, but experiencing it! From tracking our local animals in the fresh mud, to building survival shelters out of sticks and leaves, to tasting the wild abundance of the spring edibles, to so much more! We are at week 9 of our summer camps 2025! It’s been a fabulous 9 weeks of summer camps at Earthbound Skills… we have made baskets, stone tools, lots of cordage, tracked animals, learned and experienced multiple methods of fire-by-friction, made plant salves, paint from berries and rocks, used local clay for pottery, played loads of awareness enhancing games, and so much more! Despite the “no swim advisory” we have had so much fun. Here are just a few moments caught on camera these past weeks…

We have a handful of openings in our Forest Fox classes for our Early and Late Fall Session for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Now is your chance to join the ever-growing nature-loving community and see for yourself what all the buzz is about. Fall is a beautiful time to come play and learn with us. What better way for your child to learn about the changing of the seasons than by directly experiencing it?! Soon the leaves will be falling, birds will be migrating, and acorns will become ready for harvest and processing! It's the perfect time to join. We have two sessions for you to choose from, priced according to the number of classes you recieve (rather than a flat fee per month, regardless of how many classes are offered).
