Pathway Title IV-E Child Welfare Training Program (Pathway Program) CSU, Chico’s Pathway Program is a part time Title IV-E Child Welfare Training Program.

It is for individuals looking to further their education while maintaining residence in rural/surrounding communities and continuing their work in the child welfare field. The Pathway Program aims to identify a “pathway” that increases access to higher education.
