Now, that's MY kind of salad. When I was in my twenties, living in Walnut Creek, I treated myself to enjoy a fancy salad at a quaint outdoor café. I ordered a salad that made a huge impression on me. I've reinvented the salad many times, but this time was the best. I added my favorite things to bring me back there to that feeling of youth, hopes, and dreams. This salad does that for me. I am right back at that café🍷🥗.

Fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes, black olives, tomato basil feta cheese, apple slices, shredded red cabbage, mini sweet diced bell peppers, pistachios, and sunflower seeds topped with a drizzle of Italian and Ranch dressing😋. A glass of red Malbec and voila👐. I am in heaven. Is there really anything else I need? I don't think so😉.
