🏐⚽🏃 Fall Sports Tryouts Begin Next Week! 🏃⚽🏐

Volleyball, Soccer, and Cross Country tryouts are starting next week! We're excited to welcome all student-athletes as we kick off the fall sports season.

Before attending the first day of tryouts, all athletes must:
✅ Complete an Athletic Clearance Packet
✅ Have a current Sports Physical on file
✅ Turn in all required paperwork to the High School Office

Students will not be able to participate until all required forms have been completed and submitted.

We’re excited to offer both High School and Jr. High Girls Volleyball Camps this summer 😄 and they’re open to ALL local girls, not just current CORE Butte students!

Graduation Reminders

Graduation Reminders Here are a few important reminders for our Graduation Ceremony on Wednesday, May 27th.

The CORE Butte Track and Field Team is finishing up an outstanding season. The past two weeks our JV Boys, JV girls, and Varsity Girls Track and Field teams all brought home the League and Division Championships.

This week 10 of our varsity athletes qualified and competed in the Northern Section Finals for Track and Field. This meet brings together the top athletes in the section who qualified regardless of school size. Apple Bolton brought home the 5th place medal in the Discus. Brianna Hayes brought home two medals with a 1st place finish in the 800 meters (for the second year in a row) and a 5th place finish in the 3200 meters.

Bri ran the fastest 800 meter time ever recorded in the history of the Northern Section Finals Track Meet. This meet has been held since back in the 1970's. This is an unbelievable accomplishment. She will close out her career as the most decorated athlete to compete at CORE Butte when she runs in the 800 meter race next week at the California State Championship Track and Field Meet next week.

We are so proud of all of our Track and Field athletes and we wish Bri the best of luck next week as she represents CORE Butte at the State Meet!
