As we head into Memorial Day weekend, we hope this time brings opportunities for rest, reflection, and meaningful moments with family and friends as we near the close of another school year.
We pause in gratitude and remembrance for the men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country and freedoms. We also reflect on all those whose service and dedication continue to strengthen our communities and create opportunities for future generations.
Wishing all Blue Oak families and the community beyond a safe, peaceful, and meaningful Memorial Day weekend.

Maple Rose had our last Soup Day of the year. Each Friday we would journey to the garden to collect herbs for our soup, and chop up all the vegetables that were donated by parents. The children are developing their fine motor skills, engaging in meaningful work, and learning to identify herbs and vegetables. We have enjoyed some delicious and hearty soups!

Tree climbing, big smiles, and unforgettable learning in Ashland at the Oregon Shakespeare Festival !

We were lucky enough to see three incredible plays, A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Come From Away, and A Raisin in the Sun, and deepen our understanding of storytelling, character, and human experience. We also had the opportunity to speak with professional actors and take part in a set building workshop
