The Internationales Parlaments-Stipendium (IPS) offers a five-months program in cooperation with the Humboldt University in Berlin. The initiative wants to improve the relationship between Germany and the participant's home country, foster tolerance and democratic values and deepen understanding of cultural diversity.
The IPS program contains events and seminars at the university and an internship at the German Parliament.

Applicants have to be younger than 30 years old, have to hold a university degree and need to have very good knowledge of the German language.
Please note that the application deadline, June 30th, 2013, will be coming up very soon.
