OPT For Healthy Living
Get Fit! Family Program. Learn the basics of getting healthy from nutrition experts. Join us for a great 6 week program. Six 2-hour sessions to promote fitness and healthy weight by guiding families through changes in nutrition, activity and lifestyle. Classes start Wednesday February 2, 2011 at 5:30 pm. All Shady Creek payments are due by Tuesday, February 1st. If you are planning to attend the Environmental Outdoor Camp you must have your $260 fee paid by this date.

We have 5 Chinese Language and Culture Teachers coming to Chico in February to expand our program at Shasta and within CUSD. Two teachers will be staying with Chico families, but three teachers will be staying in a 3 bedroom UNFURNISHED apartment. On Saturday , January 22 at 7 pm there is a Lawrence Hall of Science family show at the BMU. Tickets are on sale now at Creative Apple, Lyon's Books, The Gateway Museum and the CSUC Bookstore.
