This well-deserved recognition is the culmination of years of distinguished teaching, scholarship, and service in Spanish and Latin American Studies. We celebrate their remarkable achievement and their significant contributions to our academic community.

We are excited to announce the launch of Korean language classes in Fall 2026! KORE 101 counts as GE area 3B and fulfills the Global Cultures (GC) graduation requirement. Register and reserve your seat during your upcoming registration appointment!

Registration for summer is underway and the start of fall registration is less than two weeks away. If you are a continuing student with a major or minor in LANC, make sure to check in with your advisor ahead of Fall 2026 registration if you haven't done so already. Let's ensure that you are on track to graduate by your target date.

Interested in learning German? Sign up for GERM 101 during summer, fall, or spring terms. Successor courses are also offered asynchronous online (some of which alternately have an in-person option). If you have time and the desire, you can even add a minor in German to your academic plan. Ask us how!

Registration for Summer 2026 classes is open and LANC has several options to satisfy your desire to learn a language or explore other cultures. All courses are online asynchronous and offered during the June 1-25 or June 1-July 9 session.
