What a great turnout for today’s Freestyle tournament at Congrats to all competitors as it takes a lot of courage to participate. We are proud to have the privilege to train and compete with some of the best martial artists. Big thanks to all who put in the efforts in bringinging this event together.

Wrapping up on our 2025 semester. KINE 141 and Self Defense at has been challenging and exciting. After getting to know so many unique individuals it can be hard to say goodbye… 😜 you knuckleheads have a great Winter Break and we will see you around.
