đž Cats, trees... and the real cause of allergies đž
I can't help but feel sorry for cats and trees when theyâre unfairly blamed for causing allergies. We shouldn't look for enemies where none exist.
Over six years ago, I was fortunate enough to step through a door labeled "evolutionary, purposeful, biological logic."
The phrase "Iâm allergic to..." might seem like a satisfying explanation, but in reality, it's more like a diagnosis that acts as a verdict. From that point on, people always use it as their reason and rarely seek out the real root cause of their symptoms.
Itâs just as dangerous as taking painkillers without considering the consequencesâdulling the pain and silencing the voice of our body. Our body speaks to us primarily through pain. And if ignored long enough, we might reach a point where itâs too late, and an organ is so altered that medical intervention is inevitable.
Because there isnât much alternative information out there, parents often unconsciously instill the idea in their children that "you're having an allergic reaction again." Instead, the best way to minimize symptoms is to have a genuine conversation with the child.
Ask them what made their heart race, what felt importantâwhether during a trip, visiting someone, at an event, or while on the road. Talk more with your kids about their feelingsâwhat impressed them, upset them, scared them, made them anxious, or made them excitedânot just practical questions like what they ate at daycare or what they learned in school.
All known "allergens" are simply accompanying objects, or "tracks," that our senses perceived during a deeply emotional experience of separation, loss, or disconnection (from someone or something). The tissues in our epithelium and mucous membranes react to this kind of conflict or stress.
These tracks serve as reminders of that separation: "When these objects were near you, you felt intense painâdon't go through that again. It's dangerous!" They act as protective signalsâserving to warn us and keep us safe.
The true cause lies in our subjective interpretation of a traumatic, dramatic event that affected an important needânot in cats, birch trees, sunshine, nuts, strawberries, tangerines, pollen, milk, grains, or anything else.
Think biologically. Evolution and nature have never been our enemies. Everything exists to benefit us, to protect us, and to help us survive.

Freedom isn't just about exploring the world or making grand choicesâit's also about feeling liberated within your own body. đż
Imagine waking up to find that the symptoms that once held you back, drained your energy, and clouded your days have finally loosened their grip. You feel lightness where there was once heaviness, calm where there was once tension.
This transformation isn't magicâit's the power of deep inner work.
By releasing subconscious blocks, resolving emotional conflicts, and allowing the body to do what it knows best: HEAL.
Every symptom tells a story, and true freedom comes from understanding that story and allowing it to change.
Freedom from symptoms isn't just about 'feeling better'; it's about reclaiming your life. It's about being present for your loved ones, having the energy to pursue your passions, and feeling at home in your body.
Your journey to freedom starts within. đâ¨

The way you talk about your body mattersâit's always paying attention.
When dealing with chronic symptoms, itâs easy to fall into the belief that healing is impossible because those symptoms linger.
But hereâs the truth: your body has an innate wisdom to heal. When the thought âI canât healâ pops up, challenge it!
That belief doesnât serve you. Remember the last time you got a small cut? Your body knew exactly what to do to repair it. That same healing wisdom applies to all other parts of your body.
Your body is designed to heal. All it needs from you is trust and support to complete the process.

Many healing protocols aim to âeliminateâ the culpritsâviruses, bacteria, fungi, and the likeâwhen chronic symptoms persist.
But what if all that attacking is just keeping you stuck in a loop, leading to temporary relief but never true resolution?
What if the real issue isnât external?
The hidden âvirusesâ are actually in the subconsciousâthe undetected patterns that block healing. These silent players are constantly signaling your body that itâs unsafe, pushing it into survival mode and manifesting symptoms.
These subconscious âvirusesâ include self-limiting beliefs, ingrained fears, and outdated perceptions.
When you focus on clearing these underlying patterns, the body stops reacting in defense and starts healing naturally. By removing these internal barriers, you allow your body the safety it needs to restore itself fully.

1. Constantly suppress your emotions.ďż˝
Try to never express what you feel. Hide your anger, resentment, and fear, bury them deep inside, hoping they will disappear on their own. The longer you keep everything inside, the more likely it is that your body will manifest these suppressed emotions as symptoms.
2. Avoid difficult situations and emotions.ďż˝
Avoid any places, people, or situations that trigger unpleasant feelings. Don't try to resolve conflictsâjust walk away and avoid them. This will allow unresolved emotional issues to settle in your body, creating fertile ground for illness.
3. Be a perfectionist and don't allow yourself to rest.ďż˝
Set unattainable goals for yourself and criticize yourself for every mistake. Never relax or take a breakâconstantly work at your limit. This approach will lead to chronic stress and exhaustion, weakening your immune system.
4. Ignore your needs and desires.ďż˝
Don't listen to your body or pay attention to your needs. Constantly focus on other people while forgetting about yourself. Don't allow yourself to be vulnerable or take care of your own needsâthis will create emotional imbalance and build up stress.
5. Focus on the negative.ďż˝
Constantly think about the bad things. Worry about the future, hold onto past grievances, and ignore the good in the present. The more you dwell on the negative, the more it affects your emotional state, leading to illness.
6. Don't forgive.ďż˝
Hold onto grudges and don't try to forgive those who hurt you. Constantly harboring resentment and anger creates chronic stress, which eventually leads to the development of psychosomatic diseases.
7. Resist change.ďż˝
Be afraid of change and hold onto old behavior patternsâit's a great way to stay stagnant. Resistance to change leads to emotional tension and increases the likelihood of illness.

Emotions are a complex signal system that helps us navigate life and make important decisions. Through them, we receive valuable insights about whatâs happening within us and in our surroundings.
Feelings like , , or are often labeled as ânegative,â leading us to believe theyâre obstacles to success. We try to avoid or suppress these emotions, seeing them as barriers on our path.
But what if these emotions arenât enemies, but essential resources for personal growth? Their presence could be a signal that something in your life needs attention or change. Instead of dismissing these feelings, try tuning inâthey might bring unexpected gifts and reveal new opportunities.
Here are some tips inspired on how to find value in emotions often considered negative:
đFear as a Call to Actionâ¨Fear often appears when weâre on the edge of something new and meaningful. Instead of pushing it away, ask yourself: âWhat exactly am I afraid of?â Understanding your fear gives you the power to step outside your comfort zone and reach new heights.
đAnger as Energy for Transformationâ¨Anger is a powerful emotionâpure energy waiting to be directed. Instead of letting it consume you, see it as a force for change. Can you channel your anger toward improving the situation rather than destroying it?
đAnxiety as a Tool for Self-Reflectionâ¨Anxiety often signals uncertainty, self-doubt, or even self-deception. It invites you to reexamine your goals and strategies, helping you uncover your truth. Rather than trying to eliminate anxiety, explore its source:
* Whatâs triggering your worry?
* In what areas do your actions misalign with your goals or values?
* Which part of your current strategy needs reevaluation?
Next time these emotions show up, instead of running away, pause and listenâthey might just be pointing the way to your next breakthrough.
