Spring Pictures: Spring Picture day is Tuesday, March
22nd. Picture forms will be distributed in PE classes. Don’t
forget that your picture envelope and money need to be
turned in on Picture Day - March 22! Thank you.
Free Concert!! The PV High Band will be giving a free
concert Tuesday, March 8, in the CUSD Center for the Arts,
at 7 p.m. The CFA is located on the PV campus and there
is plenty of parking. Everyone is welcome to attend!
Listen Up, Gators! We’ll be having a delicious bake sale
today. All the proceeds will be donated to the Esplanade
House, where many children and mothers go to live when
they’re in a bad home situation. It will be held in front of the
main office from 2:50 - 3:45. Please come and enjoy some
goodies because your help can make a difference by supporting
us and the families at the Esplanade House.
Did you miss the Honor English exam at PV High? If so,
the make up day is today at 3:10, in the PV library. You
must take this exam if you want to be eligible for Honors
English at PV next year.
Attention Chico High Agriculture field trip students -
We need your permission slips returned to the main office
BEFORE Friday’s field trip. Bring in your signed slip to
Mrs. Bodnar or Mrs. Robbins.

Good Morning 8th Graders: It’s not too early to start thinking about high school. If you plan to attend a high school outside of the area you live in, you’ll need to complete a Form-10 application. You can pick up a Form-10 in the main office. The deadline for the lottery is February 1st.
Hey Gators! CJSF members and interested 7th & 8th graders: Don’t miss the CJSF meeting this Thursday, January 27th, at 7:30 in the morning, in Room D-22. We will take sign-ups for the Valentine Dance and for Special Olympics Buddies. Remember - deadline for applications & dues is February 3rd.

are on sale at the University Box Office. Performances
are on December 9th to December 12th. Marsh students
performing are: Jessica Miranda, Madeline Sahagian, Lily
Rider, Jessie Jiang, and Catherine Ricci.
Tonight, Dec. 10, is the Midwinter’s Night Dream
dance! If you haven’t gotten your ticket yet, buy them now!
They’re $5 at lunch today and $8 at the door. The dance
goes from 6;30-8:30 and - remember to dress appropriately!
This is not a formal dance, but you can dress nicely if you
want. Be sure to have your student ID card in order to
get into the dance.
The Chico Fire Department & the Blaze 103.5 Radio
Station have placed a “Coats For Kids” collection barrel at
Marsh Jr. High. Please donate gently used or new coats
between now and December 16th. Children and adult sizes
are needed. Thank you!!
As the Holiday Spirit approaches,
it’s time to think about those less fortunate. Stop by the
office and pick up a card from the Angel Tree. You can
purchase a gift for a child of your choice to make their holiday
a little brighter. See Mrs. Bodnar for more details.

Do you want your photos in the yearbook? Do you liketo take pictures? You can submit pictures to the yearbook

we’ll be collecting and counting them. The class with the
most cans gets a special treat! You guys have a month to

to Salvation Army.
