✌️ Out TEACHER APPRECIATION WEEK 2026✌️

We have had a blast this week with our Grand Ave teachers!

They finished the week 💪 with pizza from Ben & Jay's Pizzeria , Sonic Drive-In drinks to quench their thirst amd a DIY cookie bar 's Cookies to round out their last day of the week!

Another year (almost) in the books! THANK YOU Grand Ave parents/families! We could not do all the things we do, without YOU!!!

💛📣💜 Teacher Appreciation Week 💜📣💛

Wednesday found the Grand Ave Elementary teachers with the 3 C's : Chicken, Cookies & (gift) Cards!

🐔 Chicken Express Chickasha delivered their famous Chicken and teas! Thankful for this business that's ALWAYS there for our schools! 🐔

🍪 Cookies by Jamie provided the perfect fix for any sweet tooth in the building! 🍪

💳 Day 3 is full of gift cards for 6 lucky teachers! 💳

*full transparency we have been running busy & did not get a pic with Chicken E at Grand! We borrowed their BWECC picture with permission to post bc they deserve allll the shout outs! ❤️

Grand PTO has been 🐝 BUSY 🐝 this week!

We were honored to provide concession treats for the 4th grade track meets today! 🍫🏃‍♂️🧃🏃‍♀️🍿

🧠DID YOU KNOW: Because of our generous parents & community that support our PTO ✨️ ALL YEAR ✨️ we were able to ensure EVERY STUDENT could receive 3 free items for their hardwork today!!!

We at PTO know not every student will have money for every concession or treat cart. Thanks to your support and donations - no Grand Student gets left behind! Your small (and large) contributions make a HUGE difference!

🏆 Day 2 for our teachers that do a GRAND job! 🏆

La Fiesta Mexican Restaurant spoiled them with a delicious mexican fajita bar for Cinco de Mayo!

Elevated Nutrition made sure the teachers stayed hydrated and energized to power through the day with their Fightin Chick loaded tea! The teachers had several flavor options to choose from!

We started TEACHER WEEK 2026 with a "RAD" breakfast spread & "LIKE, TOTALLY" a super cool lunch on Monday! 💜🤙💛

Day ☝️ with starbucks coffee, Daylight donuts and later Homeland Stores Chickasha yummy sandwich trays!

Thanks to our amazing volunteers Erin Ledford Thompson & Taylor Milner for all their hardwork getting this set up!

We’d like to take a moment to thank John Holt Chevrolet for selecting Grand Ave Elementary to be part of the 2025 Chevy Back to School program! Through this program, John Holt was able to select any school in the community to sponsor. Grand Avenue Elementary accepted the generous offer and received a $5000 sponsorship check!

We’re thankful to be a recipient of this wonderful program and appreciate the support from our community!
