Friendly Reminder, Falcon Families!

Attendance matters! Every school day is an opportunity for students to learn, grow, and build on what they learned the day before. When students miss school, they miss valuable instruction and classroom activities that can be difficult to make up.

We understand that illnesses and unexpected situations happen. If your child is going to be absent or is home sick, please remember to call the school and let us know. If we do not receive a phone call, the absence will be marked unexcused.

Thank you for helping us make attendance a priority and for working with us to give every Falcon the best opportunity to succeed!

Dear Falcon Families,

Our Century Resources fundraiser is underway! We hope to raise $2,500 for classroom activities, field trips, and Super Kids Day. If you’re able to participate, our goal is for each student or family to sell 15 items.

Order forms and payments are due Tuesday, October 6. Checks should be made payable to Friend School. Friends and family who live out of town can order online at crstore.biz/55886, and their items will be shipped to them. Our group ID is 55886.

Our Annual Fall Carnival is this Friday, September 25th, from 5:30–7:30 PM! We are looking forward to a fun evening with our Falcon families. We'll have games, concessions, a silent auction, and lots of family fun!

We are also asking for Cake Walk donations. Families are welcome to donate cookies, cakes, cupcakes, or other baked goods. Homemade or prepackaged/store-bought items are all welcome! You may send donations to school Friday morning or drop them off that afternoon.

Thank you for always supporting Friend School and our students. We can’t wait to see everyone Friday night!
