Welcome back from the Student Success Center (SSC)! We hope you’re ready for a great fall semester. The SSC is your campus hub for student academic support at USAO. We’re here to help you make the most of your college experience. We’re located on the third floor of Nash Library in Room 305. Tutoring and mentoring appointments are completely free for all USAO students, available in-person or online 6 days per week. The SSC is also where you will find your professional academic advisor’s office.
Need to make a schedule change? If you need to add or drop a class, adjust your schedule, or have questions about your courses, your Academic Advisor can help you review your options and make sure you’re on track.
Need help with a class? Tutoring can help you better understand course material, work through challenging concepts, prepare for exams, or build confidence in a subject.
Want to improve your academic habits? Academic mentoring appointments can help with time management, study strategies, note-taking skills, staying organized, and adjusting to the demands of college.
