USAO Hiking Club

Hello everyone this is Joseph Mitchell president of the hiking club we are having a meeting next week we will be meeting at Davis hall 203 at 4:00pm we will be speaking about going on a hike and other fun activities!

Hiking Club is packed and en route to New Mexico for our annual Spring Break camping trip. Look at all our lovely tired faces 😂

Hello hikers!

At yesterday's meeting we talked about taking a trip to Climb Up, a rock climbing gym in Norman. We will be taking a group on Sunday, February 4th around noon. If you'd like to go, please get in contact with Bridget Byers. In order to reserve this time, 10 people need to sign up to go and give a $10 deposit by Tuesday, January 30th.

We also discussed having a bake sale to fund our Spring Break trip. Tell us what days of the week work best!

Hello everyone! Our monthly meeting was earlier this week and we have some dates to announce:

We are planning a bake sale for next week; Wednesday, the 11th all day in Davis Hall (tentatively).

Our next hike will be October 29th, leaving at 8:00am for Robbers Cave.

For our November Hike we talked about going to Climb Up in Norman. A deposit of $10 is necessary to hold your spot so we can be given a group discounted rate--feel free to invite your friends.
