Our Little Dragons showed up and showed OUT today at their Muay Thai competition! 🔥💚💛

Watching these kids step out of their comfort zones, face their fears, and put their training to the test makes me incredibly proud. Win or lose, what matters most is the courage it takes to step onto that mat, the discipline they show, and the heart they bring every time they train.

As their coach, moments like these remind me why we do what we do. It’s about so much more than martial arts. It’s about building confidence, character, respect, and teaching these kids that they are capable of doing hard things.

Every single one of you made me proud today! Keep working, keep learning, and keep believing in yourselves. This is just the beginning! 🐉👊

Tomorrow’s the day!!! Any aspiring mma competitors or bjj practitioners this seminar is for you!!!! Open to any and all martial artists. Come learn from one of Oklahomas best wrestlers/grapplers/fighters Grices resume speaks for itself. We will also have special guest Coaches assisting on the mats as well. $10 at the door please arrive 10-15 minutes early to stretch and warm up. This is gonna be a special special night on the mats.
