Today we made Fresh Orange “Smelly Putty.”
By using our hands to measure, mix, explore and discover, we are doing so much more than having fun being messy.

We are also learning math and science concepts while strengthening our fine motor skills.

Did you know Collaborative play is the last stage in the development of play? Children work together to achieve a shared goal, often through activities that involve rules, taking turns, sharing, and compromising.
Today our friends worked together to plan, build and operate their very own "Dinosaur Train" complete with its very own station.

CCLC is proud to be a part of the 11% of all childcare programs in the US that has achieved and maintains the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) accreditation.
