We’re thrilled to welcome Katie Rich to the Davis School Chicago community!
Katie is a trusted leader, relationship builder, and dedicated champion of the Chicagoland Jewish community. With deep experience spanning nonprofit leadership, external relations, admissions, development, communications, board engagement, and community partnerships, Katie brings both heart and expertise to her work.
Most recently, Katie served as Executive Director of Sketchpad, and prior to that spent more than a decade at Bernard Zell Anshe Emet Day School in senior leadership roles. Her career began at JCC Chicago as Director of Early Childhood, reflecting her lifelong commitment to supporting children and families at every stage.
Katie holds a Master of Arts from Spertus Institute and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. Outside of work, she enjoys long walks around the city, historical fiction, and time with her family.

The LEGACY Founders Program at Davis School Chicago is officially open for Early Decision.
Current 7th graders (incoming 9th grade, Fall 2027) are invited to apply by June 23rd. Decisions will be released by July 3rd.
LEGACY Founders will receive:
▪️$10,000 tuition award each year for four years ($40,000 total)�▪️Permanent recognition on campus as part of the school’s founding class�▪️Opportunities to help shape the school through behind-the-scenes sessions with the Head of School�▪️Exclusive LEGACY Founders swag
