One last goal CRUSHED before we officially say goodbye to Summer 2026!

Our Summer Practice Challenge has officially come to an end, and we’re celebrating the students who kept showing up, putting in the work, and making music a part of their summer... even when school was out and schedules looked a little different!

A HUGE congratulations to our Grand Champions: Britt M. and Sebastian T.H.

And our Runners-Up: Hank K, Juju K, and Nora T!

And with that, we’re closing the book on an incredible summer at LBB&C and turning our attention to what comes next...

New routines. New goals. New music. And the beginning of our most exciting seasons at LBB&C!

We can’t wait to see what our students accomplish next! 🎶

Sometimes the best performances come with a soundtrack from nature!

Last year’s Picnic in the Park recital gave us sunshine, fresh air... and for Lachlan, a perfectly fitting performance of Wild Windy Day! 💨

Watching our students share their music outdoors is one of the many reasons this recital has become such a special tradition. It reminds us that music isn’t just meant to be practiced... it’s meant to be shared, celebrated, and enjoyed together!

Way to go, Lachlan! The entire LBB&C community is so proud of you!

Sometimes the biggest benefits of music lessons are the ones you never see coming! 💛

You enroll your child hoping they’ll learn to play an instrument...

Then one day you realize they’re recognizing patterns more quickly, building confidence, and even before they can read books, they’re reading music!

It’s a beautiful reminder that learning doesn’t happen in isolation. The skills children develop through music have a way of showing up EVERYWHERE!

Every Picnic in the Park recital is filled with first performances, proud smiles, and the kind of encouragement that reminds our students just how far they’ve come. Today, we’re looking back at Tristan’s performance of “Old Pig Donald” from last year’s recital!

A gorgeous Sunday in the park, a whole lot of music, and one pretty special community! 💛

Picnic in the Park is always about the performances... but it’s also about everything happening around them! Families cheering each other on, instructors celebrating their students, friends gathering on the lawn, and our musicians getting to share what they’ve worked so hard on with the people who have supported them along the way!

We couldn’t have asked for a better day to celebrate the talent, growth, and community that make LBB&C so special...

To every student who performed, every instructor who helped them prepare, and every family who joined us in the park... THANK YOU for making this year’s Picnic in the Park one to remember!
