The Do Good Movement

The Do Good Movement The Do Good Movement is an organization focused on supporting community mental health and wellness. Doing good for you while doing good for others.

The Do Good Movement is the collaboration of events that benefit partnering charities. While participating or organizing events with the Do Good Movement, part of the proceeds are donated to the charity of choice. The Do Good Movement originated from the yoga philosophy of karma; that which you give out within the universe shall be returned to you. The core of the DGM events is yoga classes where

part of the cost of the classes is donated to a partnering charity. We then take our yoga practice off of the mat and give ourselves to the partnering charity by volunteering our time with them through organized events. This resulting in doing good for you through the practice of yoga and doing good for others through donated funds and volunteer work. If you are a charity looking to increase your revenue, a charity participant needing help to reach a fundraising goal or a company looking for opportunities to bring a wellness program to your employees, than the Do Good Movement is the program for you.

POV: My internal voice… which just happens to be Taylor Swift ‘

Reminding me that the choices we make today are setting us up for the future we want.

To show up.
To stay accountable.
To keep choosing the hard things.
To believe in yourself—even when the finish line still feels far away.

So here we are… T-11 days. ⏳

The final countdown to the Ironman finish line.

IRONMAN Triathlon I’m coming for you. 🏊‍♀️🚴‍♀️🏃‍♀️

Not because it’s easy.
Because I CAN.

And if I can do this, so can you. Whatever your finish line is—go after it.

She CAN. We CAN. ❤️

There’s a reason we keep showing up for one another. Through the early mornings, the long miles, the hard days, the doubt and the moments when the finish line feels so far away—we remind each other that we don’t have to do it alone. We lift each other up, believe in each other, and keep moving forward together.

For this feeling. Crossing that finish line with some of the best girls a person could ask for. ✨💜

When we say SHE CAN, we mean WE CAN.

We show up for one another. We support one another. We cheer for her louder than anyone else. And when it’s time to take those final steps, we take them together—turning goals into reality and dreams into finish lines.

The best day with the best people. 🫶🏼

Chicago , thank you for the memories.
SHE CAN. WE CAN. 💪🏼✨

Two years of dedication. Months, weeks, days, hours, minutes.

And for what?

The finish line? Maybe.

But the truth is… this is about choice.

I chose the pain.
I chose the struggle.
I chose the fear.
I chose the sacrifice.

No one is putting this on me.

There have been parts of my life where I didn’t get a choice. Things I couldn’t control. Things I simply had to endure.

But here? I get to choose.

I get to choose how hard I work.
How hard I fight.
How badly I want that finish line.

And I choose to believe:

She can.
I can.
She will.
I will.

Listen. Watch. Share. 💜✨

Approaching your Finish Line

You’re almost there.

And suddenly, people start asking, “What are you going to do next?”

Here’s my challenge to you:

Stay.

Stay present.
Stay focused.
Stay in it.

You didn’t pour months of your life into this. You didn’t sacrifice the time, energy, sleep, weekends, and moments with the people you love just to rush toward what comes next.

You worked this hard to get here.

So savor it.
Feel it.
Be in it.

The finish line isn’t just something you cross. It’s something you’ve earned the right to experience fully.

Ironman Madison… I’m coming for you.

Because she CAN. 💜

The self-doubt starts to creep in during these final few weeks of Ironman training…

I can’t.
Can I?
Will I?

And somewhere along the way, I forget.

I forget the years, months, days, hours and minutes I’ve sacrificed to get here. The mornings I chose training. The nights I chose recovery. The time away from friends and family. The moments I missed because I was chasing something I wasn’t even sure I could become.

On the outside, I look stronger—physically and mentally—than I ever have.

But on the inside?

I’m crumbling.

And maybe that’s where the real race begins.

Because this is where mindset matters. This is where She CAN comes in.

She CAN when she’s scared.
She CAN when she doubts herself.
She CAN when she doesn’t feel strong.
She CAN when the finish line feels impossibly far away.

I don’t need to believe I can do it every single day.

I just need to keep showing up.

Because I’ve already become the woman who can.

Now I just have to trust her.💜

Somehow, it ended.

The summer you waited for.
The journey you trained for.
The finish line.
The moment you imagined a thousand times.

It came and went almost as quickly as it began.

I find so much gratitude in these moments, but also a deep sorrow in wishing I could have slowed it all down. Been more present. Held onto the little moments a little tighter. Experienced it all just a little more.

But here we are.

And maybe that’s the lesson.

We sit with what we had hoped to experience. We remember what we did experience. We honor the moments that became memories—and then we carry them with us into the next chapter, the next step, the next finish line.

Because this is Ironman….This is life.

It’s not just the finish line. It’s everything that happens on the way there.

And as I stand on the edge of another finish line and the start line simultaneously, I’m learning to fall in love with the journey all over again.

She CAN.
And she will. 💜

14 years…

14 Christmases.
14 birthdays.
14 summers.
14 vacations.
A billion “I love yous.”
A trillion hugs..
…without you.

It still hurts. I still cry. But I’ve learned that grief and gratitude can live in the same heart. I can miss you deeply and still smile, laugh, and live this life fully.

You are the reason I believe she CAN.

And when I cross that Ironman finish line, I’ll carry you with me—every lesson, every tear, every ounce of strength you left behind.

For you, Mom.
For me.
For every woman who needs the reminder:

She CAN. And she will. 🤍

08/06/2026

There will come a day—20 or 30 years from now—when you’ll look back at this version of yourself.

You might wish you could run this trail again.
Lift the weight again.
Laugh this hard again.
Feel this strong again.

Maybe you’d do it exactly the same.
Maybe you’d do it differently.
Maybe you’d simply be grateful for one more chance.

So today… find the gratitude.

Gratitude for this story.
Gratitude for this body.
Gratitude for this season of life.

Our bodies aren’t perfect, but they are a gift. They carry us through adventures, heartbreaks, celebrations, and ordinary moments that someday become the memories we miss most.

Life is pretty darn good when we let it be.

Choose gratitude.
Choose joy.
Choose to be fully here.

✨ She CAN mindset.
