Students in the Joffrey Studio Company and Ballet Trainee Program have been rehearsing for their performance at the Illinois Philharmonic Orchestra’s 2026 Gala this weekend. Honoring IPO’s 48th season, students have the opportunity to perform with a live harpist and celebrate IPO’s commitment to presenting outstanding live performances.

REMINDER: Grainger Academy will be closed on Sunday, April 5, for the Easter holiday. No classes will take place and Reception and the Academy Administrative team will not be available. All classes will resume on their regular schedule Monday, April 6.

SUMMER DANCE WORKSHOPS | What are Summer Dance Workshops? They are one-week, non-auditioned summer dance programs for ages 7-18! These workshops have the rigor of an intensive but a shorter time commitment and are open to anyone. Students spend the week exploring multiple dance techniques and conclude it with an in-studio final presentation for families. They are perfect for anyone who is looking for a week of dance over the summer and work well as a supplement to other programs and activities. Registration opens at 10:00 AM CT on March 18.
