We investigate the effects of alcohol and recreational drugs in human volunteers. All research subjects are paid for their participation.

Under the direction of professor Harriet de Wit, the Human Behavioral Pharmacology Laboratory (HBPL) investigates the determinants and the consequences of drug and alcohol use by measuring physiological, behavioral and subjective effects of acute doses of psychoactive drugs in human volunteers. We are always looking for new participants between the ages of 18 and 35 to participate in our studies.
