ed by Sonia Shah as a teenager, and after her untimely and tragic death, is carried on by her mother, Iram Shah. It was Sonia's dream to change the lives of girls and women through education... and we work to see her dream become reality.

🏥 Construction Update: Sonia Shah Medical Center

Every brick laid brings us one step closer to a healthier future for the families of Kangra, Pakistan.

We are excited to share that construction of the Sonia Shah Medical Center is making meaningful progress. What began as a vision to provide accessible, quality healthcare to an underserved community is quickly becoming a reality.

The foundation has been completed, and the main structural framework is now in place—marking an important milestone as we move into the next phase of construction.

When completed, the medical center will provide essential healthcare services, including maternal and child health, preventative care, emergency services, and community health education. For many families, especially women and children, this center will mean access to lifesaving care much closer to home.

As construction continues, we are preparing for the next critical steps: completing the interior, installing medical equipment, recruiting healthcare professionals, and developing community wellness programs that will serve generations to come.
