-1lb salmon
-pinch of sesame seeds
(For the sauce)
-1/4 soy sauce
-1tbs sesame oil
-1tsp rice vinegar
-6-8tbs honey (add gradually and taste as you mix)
-1tsp ginger powder
-1/2tsp garlic powder
-1/2tsp onion powder
-1c sushi rice
Salad:
-3 mini cucumbers (or as many as you like)
-1/2c edamame
-1 sprig chopped scallion
-1 small avocado (mashed)
-snack pack sea w**d
Directions:
1. In a jar or small mixing bowl, add all your sauce ingredients and mix until well combined. Taste it and adjust to your preference before using! Sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds on your salmon.
2. Lightly grease your baking pan and add your salmon, pour the sauce on your salmon but leave a little bit for the vegetables as this will also be used as dressing!
3. Let your salmon marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
4. In the meantime, pre-heat your oven to 420F and start chopping all your veggies. Cook your rice (follow instructions on your sushi rice bag, i’ve found each brand has different methods for cooking.
5. Add all the veggies (except the avocado) to a small mixing bowl and pour the rest of the soy seasoning, toss and combine.
6. Bake your salmon for 25 minutes or until you get your desired color! Keep in mind the longer you bake, your salmon will dry out.
Assemble your plate and enjoy!

the VIRAL brownie pudding by Ina Garten but half 👀 super easy to make, moist and delicious! 🍫
-
Ingredients:
-2 eggs
-3/4c sugar (or 1 cup if you prefer sweeter)
-1 tsp vanilla bean paste
-1 stick melted butter
-6tbs cacao powder
-1/4c all purpose flour
-
Instructions:
1. Start by whisking the eggs and sugar on medium speed for 7-10 minutes or until light and fluffy
2. Add the vanilla
3. Sift the cacao powder and flour into the mixing bowl
4. Slowly add in the butter and mix just until combined
5. Preheat your oven to 325F
6. Butter your baking pan and add the brownie batter, smooth out the top with a spatula
7. Place your brownie pan inside a larger pan halfway filled with hot water, this will retain all the moisture in your brownie and help achieve a very soft and moist brownie.
8. Bake for 30-40 minutes (personally i baked mine for 40 minutes and it turned out so fudgy and moist! )
