Here is our flyer for the event being held on Wednesday, April 25th from 3 to 5pm in ETMSW 3312!! We highly suggest attending if you are considering or seek a future in teaching as you will hear from individuals who are doing this work. Come in with questions! LUCHA and FEA will provide coffee and pastries. Please share with a friend!

We will also be giving a copy of What Kind of Citizen? by Joel Westheimer to EVERY attendee!

Future Educators Association will also have a meeting this Wednesday at 3PM! Catch us in ETMSW 3312 where we will discuss how to build our resumes and gain valuable experience for our future careers as educators.

Our next meeting will be this Wednesday, October 11th in ETMSW 1241 at 3pm in collaboration with FEA (Future Educators Association).

There will be guest speakers! Representatives of CTE (Council on Teacher Education) and Julie Peters, Associate Director of the Teaching of History program, will be present to help guide you through the teacher preparation program and discuss upcoming deadlines. We hope to see many of you there!

Are you in the College of Ed. or in any of the LAS Teaching of prorams? If so, come on out to our next meeting next week Wednesday October 11th 3-4PM. You'll find out important information from the UIC Council on Teacher Education as well as important dates to turn in documents for your program. They will also be answering any questions you may have.
