Our 8th Grade continued their Class Trip with multiple days in Washington DC. They visited many sites, including the US Capitol, Lincoln Memorial, Vietnam Memorial, Korean War Memorial, WWII Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, FDR Memorial, MLK Memorial, Marine Corp. Memorial, Arlington National Cemetery, JFK Eternal Flame, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, and the Washington Monument.
Thank you to the Polk Brothers Foundation Leadership Award, the , and the many generous donors and supporters that helped make this trip possible for our students!

The 8th Grade Class departed on their Class Trip, visiting Philadelphia first, with many stops, including the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the Betsy Ross House , and the Rocky Steps . Then off to Baltimore, to visit Ft. McHenry (the site that inspired our National Anthem), where many of the students helped retire and fold the flag.
