"Out at Work: LGBTQ+ Experiences in Business" brought leaders from Northern Trust who shared powerful perspectives and tangible advice on how to make actual change in the workplace.

Two useful tips on advocating for change:
💡 Always speak in a positive manner. Come to management with solutions rather than problems.
💡 Know where your strengths lie. Use that to your community's advantage and advocate for those who lack your strengths.

🤝 We were honored to host a delegation from the Central University of Finance and Economics (CUFE), led by President Haitao Ma, at the DePaul Driehaus College of Business on Friday, May 24th. CUFE, located in Beijing, China, is a premier public university specializing in finance and economics.
