The critically-acclaimed 2018 feature documentary hillbilly will be screening in Chicago for the first time at Film Row Cinema this coming Monday night at 7pm followed by a Q&A with the two women who directed it - Sally Rubin and Ashley York.

“hillbilly” Premiere: Screening and Discussion Following the screening, there will be a discussion with the directors, moderated by English and Creative Writing Associate Professor Doug Reichert-Powell and featuring Co-Director of Academic Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Raquel Monroe.
