Introducing The Rev Clay Evans Scholarship Foundation Brownsville Chapter Board member Jatarius "Jay" Boyd.

He is also one of the 2013 recipients and received his bachelor's degree from Heritage Bible College in Dunn North, Carolina in 2017.

He is the CEO and Founder of the non-profit RISE (Reach -Inspire- Serve-Equip) a ministry network.

He has served as the District Family Engagement Coordinator for Haywood County Schools, Former Mortician for Rawls Funeral Home and talk show host for Brownsville Radio.

He was so delighted to meet Rev. Evans in person. This was Reverend Evans' last trip home to Tennessee.
