USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK preparation can become confusing when students have to manage multiple question banks, videos, notes, assessments, and tutoring services separately.

The **MSR USMLE Preparation Program** brings key study resources together in one structured platform.

The program includes:

• Comprehensive question practice
• Full-syllabus video instruction
• NBME-style assessments
• Exam-day preparation notes
• Expert question-solving strategies
• Weekly 1:1 live teaching and support

The focus is not simply on completing more questions. Students are guided to identify weak areas, understand clinical concepts, improve test-taking strategy, and build a more organized study plan.

Eligible students who satisfy the program’s participation and completion requirements may qualify for a one-time complimentary extension if they do not pass during the original program period.

For enrollment information, program requirements, or questions, call or message us today.

Important: Examination results vary by student. Enrollment does not guarantee a passing score. Complimentary extension eligibility is subject to the program’s written terms and completion requirements.

What makes one Letter of Recommendation stronger than another?

For residency applicants, the difference often comes down to the quality of the clinical experience and how well the supervising physician can describe the student’s actual performance.

A meaningful U.S. LOR may include:

• Specific clinical observations
• Patient presentations and communication skills
• Professionalism and teamwork
• Clinical reasoning and participation
• Specialty-relevant experience
• An assessment of readiness for residency

At **Medical Student Rotation**, students are guided toward hospital-based clinical experiences where U.S. physicians can evaluate their work in a real clinical setting.

Depending on the selected rotation and physician assessment, students may receive personalized LOR support, hospital or university-hospital letterhead, and guidance for ERAS submission.

The goal is not simply to collect a letter.
The goal is to earn a credible recommendation that accurately represents your clinical experience.

DM **“LOR”** for rotation details or WhatsApp us directly.

Important: No LOR or clinical rotation can guarantee interviews or a Match result. LOR issuance and content remain subject to the supervising physician’s independent evaluation.

Clinic rotation or hospital rotation — which one gives your Match application stronger support?

For IMG applicants, this difference matters.

A clinic rotation may provide outpatient exposure, but a hospital-based rotation can provide a stronger clinical environment: inpatient cases, hospital rounds, specialist supervision, EMR workflow, patient presentations, and more detailed clinical observation.

This is also why the Letter of Recommendation can read very differently.

A strong hospital-based LOR may mention:

Inpatient clinical exposure
Patient presentations
Clinical reasoning
Professionalism during rounds
Observation by hospital attendings
Readiness for residency training

A basic clinic LOR may be more limited because the student’s exposure is often limited.

At **Medical Student Rotation**, we focus on real hospital-based U.S. clinical experience for IMGs who want stronger residency application support.

Before choosing any USCE provider, make sure you know whether the rotation is truly hospital-based.

DM **“HOSPITAL”** and we’ll send you a checklist to verify the difference before you pay.

MSR’s **Combination Package** is designed for IMG applicants who want to build a stronger residency application in less time.

In one month, students can complete **2 hospital-based clinical rotations in 2 specialties** and receive **2 attending-signed Letters of Recommendation** for their ERAS application.

This package is built around three key advantages:

**Hospital-Based USCE**
Students gain clinical experience in a real hospital-based setting, not basic clinic shadowing.

**Attending-Signed LORs**
Letters are signed by US attending physicians and prepared for residency application use.

**Flexible Dates**
Rotation dates can be planned around the student’s timeline and Match preparation schedule.

With chairman-reviewed guidance from **Dr. Munavvar Izhar**, MSR helps IMGs choose rotations strategically based on their residency goals.

Trusted by **5,000+ IMGs** with a **4.9 average Google rating**.

MSR’s **IM + FM Combination Rotation** is designed for IMGs who want to build a stronger residency application in less time.

In one 30-day schedule, students gain clinical exposure in both **Internal Medicine** and **Family Medicine**, helping them strengthen their USCE profile and receive **2 Letters of Recommendation from 2 different departments**.

Rotation structure:

Week 1: Internal Medicine
Week 2: Internal Medicine
Week 3: Family Medicine
Week 4: Family Medicine

This combination rotation can be especially useful for applicants who are considering both **Internal Medicine and Family Medicine residency programs** and want broader clinical experience for their ERAS application.

At Medical Student Rotation, we offer flexible scheduling and help students choose rotations based on their residency goals.

OBGYN clinical experience is one of the most difficult USCE opportunities for IMGs to find.

Many programs only offer outpatient shadowing, but Medical Student Rotation provides access to a hospital-based OBGYN rotation designed for serious residency applicants.

This rotation includes:

Hospital-based OBGYN ward rounds

This opportunity is especially valuable for OBGYN residency applicants and Family Medicine applicants with a women’s health focus.

Through Rosalind Franklin University + Roseland Hospital in Chicago, students receive both academic credibility and high-volume clinical exposure in one rotation.

Availability is limited, and spots fill quickly every cycle.
