The May GA Meeting is this Wednesday, May 22nd after school in Green House!

We will be talking about the Taste and introducing the new Top 5 and Executive Board who will be leading Student Council next year.

As always, we expect Division Representatives, but everyone is welcome!

Hello Whitney Young Students!

It's your Student Council with a very important message: it's time to vote for your next year's Board. You will choose among qualified candidates for the Top 5 positions: President, First VP, Second VP, Secretary, and Treasurer!

For those who do not know what Student Council is, we are group of students who have come together to serve the student body of Whitney Young as a bridge between students and the administration. We provide an outlet for student opinion and work together to bring you events such as Homecoming and the Taste of Whitney Young!

Reminder for CLUB LEADERS!

If your club signed up to participate in the Taste of WY, club leaders MUST attend one of the two MANDATORY info meetings TODAY or on WEDNESDAY, MAY 1ST.

The meeting is in Ms. Gayles’s room, Room 117.

Student Council is sponsoring a school supplies drive!

All donated backpacks and supplies will be distributed to support students in foster care. The drive will end April 8th and details on what to include in each bag can be found here:

It is strongly encouraged to complete one backpack per division!
