Keep an eye out, we're always up to something! So far we have displayed shows of all sorts of art but only by professional artists.
SmallRoom a student organization at the Illinois Institute of Technology which aims to bring the art culture of Chicago onto the IIT Campus through bimonthly art exhibits. Started out of the Kemper Room in the Paul V Galvin library SmallRoom hopes to expand its exhibition spaces to the MTCC and IIT Tower within the year. So excited to be featuring two talented, Chicago based artists Amanda Williams and Cyrus Dowlatshahi. This show will be about breaking down preconceptions of areas in the South Side of Chicago, particularly in the neighborhood Englewood.

We've been given the chance to exhibit student work at a local gallery, the Blanc Gallery, on 44th and King Drive!
Join us for the opening reception this Friday, May 30th, from 6:00pm to 9:00pm! (There will be food and drink on site!)
The show, The City as a Neighborhood, features the work of several of IIT's architecture studios and courses.
