MWF: 8:30-10:30 am Cardio-Karate & Weights
M-F: 4:00-5:00 pm Kids' Class
5:00-6:00 pm Youth Class
6:00-7:00 pm Adult Class
Saturday: 10:00-11:00 am Red Belt/Black Belt Class
