Don't forget to register for the upcoming Day of Service for the Loyola University Maryland Chicago Chapter! It will be on Saturday, December 10 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Mission of Our Lady of Angels. Saturday, December 19
Join alumni and parents in volunteering at the Mission of Our Lady of Angels, as part of their Christmas party for the West Humbolt Park Neighborhood. The event starts with a prayer service, followed by the Christmas party that provides lunch and presents to hundreds of our neighbors. For the last two years, the Loyola volunteers helped to serve around 1,700 people lunch and gave away about 5,000 gifts. This is a great way to give back and practice the Jesuit ideal of "men and women for and with others". All alumni, parents, and their friends and families are welcome to attend.

Come out to Crossing Tavern, located at 2548 N Southport Avenue to root on the Greyhounds as they battle the Kansas Jayhawks. This is a Kansas bar, so we will really need to come out strong wearing our Loyola gear to overcome the loud Kansas fans! This will also be an opportunity to meet the Loyola Chicago Chapter Board and learn how you can get involved in planning for this coming year. There will be appetizers to share and your first drink will be on us! Let's go Hounds!

Duke To Host Men's Lacrosse Sunday In NCAA First Round
The Loyola University Maryland men's lacrosse team received an at-large bid to the 2013 NCAA Championships on Sunday and will play at Duke University in a 5:15 p.m. game on Sunday, May 12, that will be televised on ESPNU.
