This year, LARES had the pleasure of reviving the Latina Leadership Institute (LLI). Over the course of the school year, our LLI leading team, Lili and Celina, hosted various sessions for students relating to topics of understanding Latinidad, channeling feelings into actions, confidence building, and public speaking. A great community was built among LLI members and we look forward to the program’s continued growth in the next year! 💫

We just wrapped up our final session of the year for Project HOMBRES, and what a year it’s been.

Today was all about celebrating the wins. We looked back at the progress these guys have made, the dedication they’ve shown, and acknowledging all their efforts.

It’s more than just a series of workshops; it’s about building leaders and showing up for each other. Proud of the growth and the brotherhood we’ve built this academic year. 💼✨
