At Excel Academies of Chicago, we believe every student deserves a pathway forward and a second chance to achieve their goals. Go Bulldogs and Keep the Momentum !!!

EASW Bulldogs (student government) and also various other EASW STEM students (25 total) traveled to CSU today! Our students were given a tour and access to summer opportunities. Even the EASW principal tagged along. Cool experience for all. Go Bulldogs - keep up the momentum!

Every year EASW participates in the "Black History Bowl" which includes other Excel Academies in a tournament of history and legacy. Congratulations to our student participant on bring home 2nd place. Keep the momentum and go bulldogs.

EASW's Robotics team # 11822 (STEMBulldogs) will be participating in the FIRST Tech Challenge (3B or rather the third meet of the season) team competitions to gain ranking in the 2025-2026 season challenge (Decode). Student participants will be engaging in various matches in order to stay in the league and gain more technical experience. If our team continues to be successful in the majority of the matches, this team will continue on to the Illinois Robotics league qualifiers. [Recap of day] EASW students (N, Harris, M. Nava, L. Tolentino, and J. Exume) on this date were able to maintain their last month’s standing of 11th out of 56 teams in the Illinois Robotics league. This month our team raised their ranking to 10th out of 56 teams for the state Robotics League. Keep encouraging this super S.T.E.M. team of potential electrical en/g\ineers.
