Joining a Bulls team without an established superstar could give him plenty of opportunities to contribute offensively. He should also get enough playing time to showcase his defensive abilities and continue developing his game.

🟡 Dream:

Josh Giddey and Norman Powell play at borderline All-Star level, giving Chicago a dangerous combination of playmaking and scoring.

Matas Buzelis develops into a legitimate two-way star, while rookie Caleb Wilson wins Rookie of the Year and Nic Claxton locks down All-Defensive recognition.

Rookie Dailyn Swain also earns All-Rookie honors, and the rest of the young core takes a massive leap, showing the potential to become the foundation of Chicago's future.

The Bulls build real chemistry, win 46+ games, and secure a playoff spot.

🔴 Nightmare:

Giddey and Powell struggle with inconsistency, and the team's young players fail to make meaningful progress.

Buzelis's development stagnates, while rookies Wilson & Swain struggle to adapt to the NBA and start looking like a potential bust.

Role players provide only average production, offense lacks consistency, and Bulls struggle to find a clear identity.

Despite flashes of potential, Bulls remain stuck in the middle of the lottery picture.

Season ends with around 30 wins and another frustrating 12th- or 13th-place finish.

🟢 Realistic:

Giddey establishes himself as an elite playmaker, while Powell provides a much-needed scoring punch.

Buzelis continues to rise, and Caleb Wilson earns All-Rookie recognition as Chicago's young talent gradually develops.

Bulls show better chemistry and more consistent performances, winning 38+ games and staying in Play-In contention.

They may not be ready for a deep playoff run just yet, but the progress of the young core offers genuine reasons for optimism.

Noa Essengue has a lot to prove after an injury robbed him of his rookie season, but the tools are already there. 👀

At his size, being able to consistently knock down threes gives Essengue a valuable starting point in today’s NBA.

Noa can contribute as a floor spacer while continuing to develop the rest of his game. That shooting ability could help him earn meaningful minutes early in his career, especially if he maintains his confidence and consistency against tougher competition.

The biggest question is how quickly he can adjust to the NBA after losing such an important year of development. Still, he has an opportunity to make up for that lost time. This season could be his chance to show why Chicago invested in his potential and begin establishing himself as a reliable rotation piece.
