you are the most incredible mother and straight up leader of this amazing family. These kids struck gold having a woman like you to show them what the strength, empathy, loyalty and solidity of a MOTHER in their corner can do to catapult their lives in every way.

Your unconditional love and support is unmatched and I have the joy of watching you grow to heights unforeseen each year with these babies.

The views today captured me a bit longer today.

As I bring this final day as owner of Tailored Strength to a close, I can’t stop to feel an immense mixture of feelings of pride, happiness, hope and surely some sadness.

Small businesses require the heart and soul of those in it to survive. I can fully attest to this, and have in full confidence given it my absolute all for these last 8 incredible years. From the times of running back and forth between clients in 3 different gyms to paint and prepare this space with my rock of a partner and love of my life in the first days, to the group outings, incredible parties and support for every member in and out of the gym. These walls could share stories for years to come. There is truly something special here.

This place has survived the pandemic, shaky lease/building situations, the birth of both of our amazing children and the life somersaults they brought us and an ever changing and one of a kind neighborhood of just to mention some of it.

The relationships built; the businesses born, careers supported and grown, community served and of course the PRs and goals achieved have been paramount and will never be forgotten.

As the torch is passed on to a very capable, confident and driven coach I have no doubt that this little place will continue to be the giant it has become in spreading health and fitness to this community. I can’t wait to see the new heights yet to be traversed under his lead.

Lastly, I have the most gratitude I have maybe ever felt. This Tailored Strength community are my friends, my joint ventures, travel companions, my tribe, my people. It has been an absolute honor to get to meet and serve you all these years. Thank you.

Great presenters, great attendees and the best training team out there to learn alongside with.

Yet another reminder why I’m in the best industry in the world and get to be such an important part of so many folks lives. Health is wealth.

The strength of a mother is second to none.

Even when she is in times of stress, fighting her own demons, when she is beyond exhausted, both mentally and physically, nothing will stop her from finding the strength she needs to do for her children what she needs to get done.

As I witness you do it yet again, with an already much to full plate. Never a complaint, always a comforting hug and ear to listen. Most of all, will stop at nothing to give our little ones the world and more.

Your incredible and these kids are already far ahead in the game of life winning you as their mother. Thank you for everything that you do.

They say when you have multiple children, your love doesn’t get spread out, it grows and becomes larger than ever before.

I truly felt that today at 6:48am.

As we welcome our little angel, Reese, into this world and our Taylor gang, my heart has grown 10 fold and I’m so damn proud of this family.

I’m a little girls dad. I honesty cannot believe it, and it’s still sinking in.

I can’t wait to learn it all with you, Reese, and to show this world what a strong, smart, kind, loved and worthy woman can do to shake things up. Thank you for the propulsion already girl. I love you. - Dad
