believe that in every field (all of them!) there are people spreading misinformation—some for obscure reasons, others out of pure ignorance. The problem is that nowadays most people don’t have even the minimum common sense to discern things.
Even when you don’t have knowledge about a certain subject, a bit of common sense should be enough to realize that some things just don’t make sense.
I think a lot of this lack of common sense comes from the “expectation of a miracle,” where whatever is easy and pleasing is often taken as truth. For example, it’s very easy to believe that a tea can make you lose weight, since drinking a tea takes no effort at all and supposedly solves your problem 🤷♂️
For example, those who follow me have often seen me “promise” excellent results with 30 minutes of training. But I never said it would be easy—quite the opposite! Doing a very intense 30-minute workout is infinitely harder than spending 2 hours at the gym “pretending to train - playing with weights” spending more time on your phone than actually working out.
A 30-minute workout needs to be intense enough that you’re out of breath the entire time and finish completely exhausted.
What I “promise” is greater efficiency to achieve good results (gain muscle and lose fat) and a smarter use of your time—not easy training.
In other words, when a promise sounds too easy, be suspicious!
– tea that makes you lose weight effortlessly
– injections that make you lose weight effortlessly
– day trading courses that promise fast wealth
– courses that promise quick fame on social media with little effort and just a few hours per day
– etc., etc., etc…
Be careful!

Better than any supplement, better than any pre-workout, thermogenic, or energy drink.
People underestimate how much a good sleep routine helps build muscle and burn fat. But sleeping well is free and accessible to everyone—it just takes a little discipline.

Just 150 minutes of training per week — that’s all you need.
This isn’t sales talk or some miracle promise.
These results are absolutely possible with the right guidance, plus a bit of discipline and consistency.
In-person training. Don’t fool yourself with online workouts.
A few time slots are still available — DM me to schedule a trial session.

Dumbbell chest press is an extraordinary chest exercise, but don’t do it on the floor (without bench)!
There are two reasons for this:
1 – Muscles are better recruited when they are trained through a full range of motion, especially when they are taken close to their maximum stretch.
2 – In many cases, the chest isn’t actually small — it’s posture that’s the problem. The shoulders are projected forward, which makes the chest look “hidden.” This exercise, which works the chest in its most shortened position, can end up making this postural issue even worse.
In other words, the dumbbell chest press is a great exercise for the chest — but do it on a bench and try to lower the dumbbells as much as possible to create a deep stretch. For this to happen, you’ll usually need to slightly reduce the load, but don’t worry: less is more! 💪
So, what’s your favorite CHEST exercise? Tell me in the comments, we can analyze it! 🎯💪
